I personally prefer NoGripRacing for downloading. runs a weekly series Sunday nights with fields of 30+ cars in 2 classes.
#RFACTOR 2 KEYBOARD CONTROLS INSTALL#
You will need a copy of GT Legends for verification during install though. If you like vintage touring / GT cars, Historix 1.95 is where you want to go. We run other bi-weekly / monthly series as well (Enduracers, PCC2007, Mustang Challenge, Skoda TC, DRM, MX-5 Cup etc). The core of our league centers around the V8 Supercar mod by OSRM, and the SPAZCAR series (running the VHR mod) for the oval guys. We do dabble in some of the other sims, but it's mostly for fun. The league I'm part of still focuses predominantly on rFactor. Race2Play is another great league resource (career tracking sort of like iRacing, but different), though some of the mods they run may not necessarily be the latest version. There are others out there as well (i believe VirtualR has a variety as well). Jones, is one resource for mods (they have a nice sort feature that lets you filter for cars/tracks, type then sort by release date or community rating). These tracks are superb for graphic enhancement and very good (some of them even brilliant) for FFB effects. Road America FFSCA - Shift 2 conversion with graphics update VirtuaLM Rouen (with Clumone67 graphics update)
Don't know what kind of tracks you like but my favourite tracks for rFactor are:ĮasternCreekLaser (with Clumone67 graphics update) Most of them are converted from other games. There are few interesing and good looking tracks for this title. There are some good looking mods - DRM Revival 2.0b, F1 Classic Reloaded, AE86 Club, Enduracers SP2, Legend Cars, HistoriX 1.95, Radical SR3 converted by SandroX, StockCarV8 converted by SandroX, HRC V8 Supercars 2012, Caterham from RaceX mod and some more. Look for good and quality mods in the net. Make all the details visible in the rear view mirrors in the cockpit view:
